Ingredients
2 cups ripe mango pulp (Alphonso or Ataulfo preferred)
2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Optional: pinch of cardamom, saffron, or lime zest
Instructions
1. Blend mango pulp until smooth and set aside.
2. In a chilled mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
3. Gently fold in condensed milk, mango puree, and vanilla.
4. Add optional spices or zest if desired and mix carefully.
5. Transfer to a loaf pan, cover with parchment or plastic, and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
Notes
Use Alphonso mangoes for best flavor and color.
Chill the mixing bowl and beaters before whipping cream.
