Ingredients
2 cups ripe mango pulp (Alphonso or Kesar)
2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp saffron strands (optional, soaked in warm milk)
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Blend the mango pulp until smooth and set aside.
2. In a chilled mixing bowl, whip cold cream until soft peaks form.
3. Fold in the condensed milk, mango puree, vanilla, cardamom, and saffron.
4. Mix gently until fully combined and creamy.
5. Pour into a metal container, cover with parchment or plastic wrap.
6. Freeze for at least 6 hours, ideally overnight.
7. Scoop and serve with toppings like pistachios, rose petals, or mango chunks.
Notes
Use Alphonso mangoes for richer color and flavor.
Chill the mixing bowl and beaters for best results.
