Description
Inspired by Dubai’s luxury dessert scene, this chocolate bar features premium ingredients like saffron, cardamom, rosewater, and pistachios.
Ingredients
200g high-quality dark chocolate (70%+ cocoa)
1/4 tsp saffron threads
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1 tbsp rosewater
2 tbsp chopped roasted pistachios
Edible gold leaf (optional)
1 tsp sea salt flakes
Instructions
1. Melt chocolate gently over a double boiler.
2. Add saffron, cardamom, and rosewater. Mix well.
3. Pour into silicone molds and tap to remove air bubbles.
4. Sprinkle pistachios, sea salt, and gold leaf on top.
5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until fully set.
6. Unmold and serve at room temperature.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use vegan chocolate.
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
