Description

These Air Fryer Date Smores are a quick, gooey, and guilt-free twist on the classic treat. Naturally sweetened with Medjool dates and filled with rich chocolate, they’re the perfect 5-minute dessert for any time of day.

Ingredients

Scale

6 Medjool dates (pitted)

6 small pieces of dark or milk chocolate

1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)

2 crushed graham crackers (optional)

Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

1. Slice the dates lengthwise to open and remove pits if necessary.

2. Stuff each date with a small piece of chocolate and a bit of almond butter if desired.

3. Lightly press to close the dates around the filling.

4. Place on parchment paper in the air fryer basket.

5. Air fry at 350°F for 3–4 minutes until the chocolate is melted and dates are warmed.

6. Remove and let cool for 1 minute before serving. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers or sea salt if desired.

Notes

Use soft Medjool dates for best texture.

Dark chocolate chips or chunks work best for a rich flavor.

Add peanut butter or hazelnut spread for variation.

These can be stored in the fridge and reheated briefly in the air fryer.
